Business strategy and planning
Food policy and sustainability
As a rural surveyor and European policy adviser, with extensive experience in the public and private sectors, I advise farms and estates on how to benefit from new and emerging opportunities. I also help businesses through assessing and mitigating the risks of various possible Brexit outcomes and identifying and exploiting opportunities.
My company, Eurinco was established in 1997, on returning from Brussels where I was Director of the British Agricultural Bureau (representing the UK farmers unions and agricultural co-operatives).
We advise rural clients on areas including diversification and environmental schemes.
I provide support to clients through:
- Helping them to assess the potential impacts of various Brexit outcomes on their business
- Preparing and implementing strategies to mitigate the risks
- Exploiting any opportunities identified
