With more than 40 years’ experience in the food industry working for blue-chip companies I specialise in sales, supply chain management, business development, and strategic planning, bringing a high level of negotiation skills.

In 2000 I set up CS Sales management working with Small and Medium-sized Enterprises to develop and grow their business. I’ve worked with companies to help them to re structure their supply chain. I have also worked with several overseas companies to help sell their products in the UK.
