I am a Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience advising landowners on development agreements, town and country planning, land acquisitions, and development land disposals across the UK.

As a planning promoter and former Head of Development at The Crown Estate, as well as a consultant, I bring a comprehensive understanding of planning and development from all perspectives, underpinned by commercial awareness and integrity.

I established Hawkspur after seven years as the national Head of Development and Asset Management at The Crown Estate, where I was responsible for driving the performance of its diverse 300,000-acre UK portfolio. My approach is built on strong, long-term client relationships, often spanning generations. I believe that the best advice comes from acting as a trusted partner, ensuring decisions are made with the same care as if it were my own land and investment.
